Lauren is the Head of Education & Development at PCDC, having joined the organisation in 2018. Prior to this, she worked for Erewash Health Partnership as a Project Coordinator. In her current role, Lauren leads and coordinates the events team to ensure the delivery of high-quality training for clinical and non-clinical staff nationally, as well as the organisation of Protected Learning Time (PLT) events across Nottingham & Nottinghamshire ICB and Erewash PCN in Derby & Derbyshire ICB. Lauren also plays a key role in PCDC’s strategic growth, actively developing new partnerships and extending the organisation’s reach to deliver training in new areas.
